Venture For America is seeking college seniors and recent grads who are excited by the opportunity to grow with a startup, make an economic impact on an American city, and learn entrepreneurial skills.
Venture For America believes that our community of Fellows, Company Partners, Team, and Supporters should reflect the diversity of this country. We also understand that our Fellowship represents a unique opportunity for women as well as racial and ethnic minorities to onramp into careers in technology and entrepreneurship, where they’re woefully underrepresented.
We’re looking for applicants from any background who are well-rounded, highly motivated, and community-focused to join our newest class!
Our application consists of four parts: an activities submission, a written essay, video interview, and full-day interview called Selection Day.

WHO WE ARE:
Venture For America is a two-year fellowship program for recent grads who want to work at a startup and create jobs in American cities. Fellows apply for jobs within our private job portal, learn important startup skills at our month-long Training Camp, and work for two years as full-time, salaried employees in one of 14 cities. Throughout the Fellowship and after, VFA offers programming to help Fellows grow into startup leaders and grow their business ideas into reality.
