Get to know and build relationships with VFA supporters
Travel to Training Camp and work there full-time supporting Amy and the overall program
Development admin responsibilities
Process all gifts and maintain the accuracy of our CRM database, Salesforce
Prepare and send receipts and letters of acknowledgment

Support our development team in maintaining Amy’s portfolio of donors, sending mail merges; tracking communication; and analyzing effectiveness associated with our various fundraising initiatives
Keep collateral up to date and in the office as well as field ad-hoc administrative tasks from our portfolio managers
Everything else
Write and speak with passion and purpose, projecting confidence and doing a great job of representing VFA
Contribute to/pitch in with all aspects of VFA as needed, from selection to training to office logistics
