The Accounting Manager is responsible for the overall accounting operations of the organization, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and adherence to a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards. The Accounting Manager is also responsible for cash management and risk management.

Requirements

  • Be committed to mission of Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity
  • Accounting degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in financial reporting and forecasting
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Sensitivity to confidential information
