Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Generalist to support the day-to-day HR operations of a growing professional services firm. This role will serve as the primary internal coordinator for payroll administration, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee administration, and HR processes, working closely with firm leadership and the firm’s PEO.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and execution-oriented, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and support a consistent, professional employee experience within a fast-paced and evolving organization. Professional services experience preferred.
This position is based in Bellevue, Washington. We anticipate a hybrid work arrangement, with regular in-office collaboration expected approximately 1-2 days per week. Remote work flexibility is supported, with occasional travel for team meetings and visits to other firm locations across the West Coast. This position is classified as exempt under applicable wage and hour laws.
Core Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Serve as the internal liaison with the firm’s PEO partner
- Support payroll, benefits administration, leave coordination, and employee HR processes
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems administration
- Respond to routine employee and manager HR-related questions
- Exercise sound judgment in supporting employee administration, HR processes, and operational matters
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, workflows, documentation, and employee communications
- Support employee relations matters and help maintain a professional employee experience
- Assist with HR policies, procedures, and process administration
Recruiting & Talent Coordination
- Coordinate job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and offer processes
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate and help drive the recruiting and hiring process from posting through onboarding
- Support training, performance management, and employee development initiatives over time
Compliance & Reporting
- Support HR policies, procedures, compliance processes, and documentation requirements in partnership with the PEO
- Coordinate HR reporting, tracking, and administrative requirements
- Assist with audits, process improvements, and development of scalable HR operations
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of HR generalist, HR operations, or HR administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience supporting payroll, onboarding, recruiting, employee administration, and HR processes
- Experience working within or alongside a PEO-supported environment preferred
- Professional judgment and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Professional services experience (RIA, accounting, consulting, legal, or similar) preferred
- Experience supporting a growing organization preferred
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $85,000–$105,000, commensurate with experience. Additional discretionary bonus compensation may be available based on individual and firm performance.
