Work with the executive team and the VP Marketing to implement, run, and drive various PR and social media campaigns.
Run point on building LISNR’s brand awareness as an innovative company in the tech community. Develop and drive strategic communications and media relations for product and feature announcements, thought leadership, creative activations and speaking/networking opportunities. This includes creating plans, pitching, staffing, supporting speaker and media training, ghost writing and more.
Develop supporting media relations materials (fact sheets, presentations, briefing materials, etc.).
Manage LISNR’s Tech Blog, leading strategy and execution, and working directly with engineering, product, design, and recruiting teams to maintain steady cadence of content. This includes brainstorming and outlining posts, editing and publishing content, and collaborating with brand design to build any supporting assets.
Manage the thought leadership program for LISNR’s technical executives, which includes crafting narratives and messaging, securing opportunities for speaking, bylines, quotes, and other influencer engagements. This also includes cultivating secondary spokespeople within the engineering, product, and design organizations.
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key tech journalists and analysts
Identifying and pursuing opportunities to insert LISNR or LISNR’s point of view into industry trends or news cycles
Analyzing performance of PR and social media campaigns.
Multilingual people always a plus.
Brain of a product manager, soul of a PR manager
4-8 years of relevant PR experience, preference for B2B PR.
Strong writing skills and a critical thinker
Relevant experience/professional and technical skills: Media relations, Pitching, Ghost Writing, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, organization skills.
Understanding of social media (linkedin, facebook, twitter, instagram, etc).
Travel as needed.
