We want a Marketing Manager who is excited to take on new challenges, build new programs, learn, grow and get stuff done. Somebody with strong writing skills, interpersonal skill, critical thinking, and the ability to multi-task across a variety of marketing programs and objectives. Ambition is not just a word, it’s a mantra, and as a self starter, you’ll grow with the company while making measurable impacts on the bottom line.


Responsibilities

  • Get things done.

  • Work with the executive team and the VP Marketing to implement, run, and drive various marketing campaigns. These will take shape through a combination of areas, including events, Tech Talks, partnerships, drip marketing campaigns, website, as well as both earned and unearned coverage.

  • Drive and create content for: the Lisnr Newsletter, the Lisnr Blog, as well as social media coordination across all Lisnr channels.

  • Work to promote Lisnr brand awareness and position the company as an industry leader.

  • Manage a variety of projects across marketing insuring they make it to completion.

  • Develop supporting media relations and sales materials (fact sheets, presentations, briefing materials, etc.); provide effective and innovative support for customer communication and sales opportunities.

  • Ability to do graphic design a plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce’s Pardot marketing tool a huge plus.

  • Multilingual people always a plus.


Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of relevant B2B marketing experience

  • Relevant experience/professional and technical skills: corporate communications, program management, partner marketing, design, SEM.

  • Bachelor's’ degree.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, organization skills.

  • Command of Powerpoint, Word, Excel and relevant marketing tools (hootsuite, pardot, word press etc).

  • Understanding of social media (linkedin, facebook, twitter, instagram, etc).

  • Travel as needed.
