The Implementation Engineer is responsible for implementing LISNR technology in order to align with the business requirements of our potential customers. You will be exposed to a highly customizable product on multiple platforms that are configured/engineered differently for each customer. Must be exceptionally detail-oriented, process driven and an energetic self-starter who can work independently and in a group setting. This role will also interface directly with clients to manage questions and issues during the pre-sales lifecycle. This includes answering technical questions, providing direction on alignment with LISNR technology to their use case, and developing demos, processes, and systems to help Sales close deals.
A typical day would involve joining Sales and Customer Success on their prospect meetings/calls to provide technical support and brainstorming ways LISNR can solve the prospect's problem. Often times the final step is working with the prospect’s technical team to build demo/sample projects to show how LISNR would integrate with their current product and provide value to their business.
Qualified candidates should be passionate about mobile technology, have experience working on technical projects, and can effectively explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical prospects

Must be able to identify potential technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction throughout the customer’s pre-sale lifecycle

Specific Responsibilities Include:
Technical Leadership & Guidance: Provide world-class experience by taking ownership of customer requests, troubleshooting any issues during the pre-sales lifecycle and partnering with the appropriate teams to resolve issues.
Resolve Barriers in Sales Cycle: Support sales representatives through direct client interaction evoking confidence in our products and platform and removing all technical objections throughout various stages in the sales cycle.
Drive Product On-boarding and Implementation: Provide clear technical instruction and guidance for recommendations on how to implement use cases of LISNR technology. Write documentation, knowledge base articles, and tutorials to improve the experience of building with the LISNR platform.
Influence Product Roadmap & Innovation: Create and drive understanding of current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers.
Customer Acquisition Strategy: Comfortable in pitching LISNR as the initial face of the company in the absence of Sales. Able to organize and direct the technical portion (i.e. demos) of sales pitches and goals.
LISNR Team Player: Helping with associated Customer Success, Product, and Sales tasks to support the growth of the company.
Comfortable with mobile and desktop platforms including iOS, Android, Windows, Linux, and MacOS
Able to build mobile demos and sample projects using Xcode and Android Studio
Abe to build desktop demos is a bonus, but not a requirement
Able to read code and write code (especially Java, Swift, and Objective-C)
Experience with SDKs and REST APIs in a mobile environment
Able to quickly build trusting relationships with prospects
Experience with customer facing communication and support
Conduct successful technical meetings with prospects to clarify their requirements
1 year of mobile development experience
Assist and consult customer with software installation and implementation, configuration
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) domestically and internationally
Work with minimal supervision and flexible scheduling
Exceptional oral / written communication skills as well as expert presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of competitive products / industry trends
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
Ambition to grow and scale upward with the company
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
