LISNR is looking for a talented individual to lead all creative direction for the marketing of LISNR products, including UX/UI design, LISNR.com, and mobile & web application design across our various platforms. This person will also assist in all other marketing creative projects including social media, print, video, and all other interactive communications and will develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance the brand strategy.
You will bring demonstrated experience to imaginatively address assignments of all complexity levels. Creating Marketing Materials for Events focused on Retail
Create decks for the sales team and executive team
Creating Internal Documents and visualizations
Branding and Identity reboot and creation
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with multiple departments and to produce final designs
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback from stakeholders
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Develop internal processes and procedures for design briefs from multiple departments
Ensure uniformity of brand identity across public-facing platforms and publications; website, social media, print, etc.
Reports to Head of Marketing
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of user interface design, usability evaluation techniques, perception, cognition, task analysis, experimental design, and statistics.
Thorough knowledge of user-centered design principles and traditional design principles, with expertise in how to apply them within a visual design system.
Proficiency in designing for Web, mobile, wearables, digital interfaces embedded in physical environments. Skilled in interface design, branding and identity strategy, illustration, photography, data visualization, iconography, user experience, prototyping, art direction.
Experience with the following design & prototyping tools: Sketch, InVision Photoshop, Adobe CC, Axure, Keynote, PowerPoint, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
Portfolio of past work.
Prior experience working in Tech Industry/ Start-up
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in design and creative direction
At least 3 years of experience in areas such as customer strategy, user research, information architecture, customer experience design, product design or other similar areas.
At least 5 years of experience in leading small/medium-sized projects, including the ability to navigate scope, work with large teams and present ideas to clients
