JOB DESCRIPTION - LISNR Associate Product Manager (Entry-level)
Come join a multi-faceted team at LISNR as an Associate Product Manager to revolutionize proximity based use cases. You will work alongside experienced leaders from PayPal, Sony, Proctor and Gamble and researchers at the cutting-edge of sound. You would drive innovations to make user experiences in retail, payments and access so delightful that end users can’t imagine what they would do without it. APMs have a seat at the table from a product’s conception to its launch. They’re encouraged to push the boundaries of traditional markets in order to bring the magic of our products to users in never-been-done-before ways.
We are seeking contributors with a demonstrated history of defining, leading, influencing and delivering in technical capacities at school, universities, open-source or any technical platform like GitHub or App Stores.
Drive LISNR products and platform - SDK, service, infrastructure and user experiences globally.
Work with partners who leverage our products (SDK/API) to build amazing proximity experiences.
Drive data architecture and instrumentation strategy to enable partners with key proximity insights.
Partner across the organization to deliver business results in a product ecosystem environment while communicating and influencing effectively.
Success in this role requires the following:
If you have a technical bent and have coding skills, tinkered with APIs/SDKs or done project/courses in Digital Signal Processing, then you have an advantage.
Motivated to learn. Putting yourself in the minds of young users who push the frontiers of innovation.
A “do-er” personality - biased toward action, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.
Bold innovation coupled with principled thinking. Starting with the users and working backwards.
You have a great eye for product sense and you refuse to deliver anything less than world-class.
1+ years of Product Management experience or 2+ years in an engineering capacity.
Strong execution and ability to drive work to completion.
CS degree or strong engineering/programming background preferred.
Excellent communication and partnership skills.
