The Head of Marketing or Growth is responsible for developing LISNR’s marketing strategy and leading various initiatives designed to drive LISNR’s demand. Overseeing the marketing team, the position is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive plan that will enhance the company’s position within the marketplace. We are looking for a enterprise technology marketing leader with a start-up mentality/experience, and is comfortable with a fast-paced and always-on environment. The successful candidate will have experience in managing all demand generation for the company, leading brand awareness, establishing content leadership and marketing analytics. This person will sit alongside leadership and assist with the overall Go-to-Market strategy for the entire organization.
Develop and build the strategic vision for marketing communications in collaboration with the leadership, sales, and product teams.
Own best-in-class content strategy, manage ideation process and agency partners developing content and sales enablement materials.
Manage an impactful team (marketing manager, Content, designer and agency partners)
Continually assess marketing performance and update strategy accordingly.
Manage all lead LISNR brand channels and customer facing materials (Linkedin, Databases, Social, Blog, Website, newsletters, sales material, etc.)
Determine and manage operations for the overall marketing stack including wordpress, Pardot, intercom.io, google analytics, Salesforce and others.
Coordinate communications and PR strategy for the LISNR brand.
At least 8 years’ experience in Marketing
At least 5 years’ experience in enterprise technology, SAAS, or a startup
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Experience in marketing for merchants or retail
You are an expert-level user of Google Analytics and other marketing technologies such as Pardot, Intercom.io, Wordpress, SEO tools, etc.
Experience and track-record of driving user growth at a B2B tech platform.
You have an eye for visual and graphic design.
Proven success in leading and managing metrics-driven organizations. Ability to inspire and manage a high-caliber team to deliver quality results.
Ability to seamlessly transition from high-level creative brainstorming to conducting and analyzing experiments.
You’re obsessed with next-generation best practices in developer programs, user growth techniques, marketing technologies and analytics.
Expert analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate to actionable changes and a history of demonstrating results via data-driven marketing campaigns.
Ability to be strategic as well as hands-on and tactical. Able to execute quickly in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment.
