The Technical Implementation Engineer is responsible for implementing LISNR technology in order to align with the business requirements of our customers. You will be exposed to a highly customizable product on multiple platforms that are configured/engineered differently for each customer. Must be exceptionally detail-oriented, process driven and an energetic self-starter who can work independently and in a group setting. This role will also interface directly with clients to manage questions and issues during a project. This includes answering questions, providing direction, and developing automation and infrastructure required to successfully support the implementation and on-going management of LISNR technology.

Qualified candidates should be passionate about mobile technology, have experience working on technical projects, and can effectively explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical customers.

Qualified candidates will have mobile development experience with objectiveC and Java

Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the customer lifecycle

Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle focused on implementation and support

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Technical Leadership & Guidance: Provide world-class experience by taking ownership of customer requests, troubleshooting any issues and partnering with the appropriate teams to resolve issues.

Resolve Barriers in Sales Cycle: Support sales representatives through direct client interaction evoking confidence in our products and platform and removing all technical objections throughout various stages in the sales cycle.

Drive Product On-boarding and Implementation: Provide clear technical instruction and guidance on how to implement use cases of LISNR technology. Write documentation, knowledge base articles, and tutorials to improve the experience of building with the LISNR platform.

Influence Product Roadmap & Innovation: Create and drive understanding of current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers.

Heat Map: Identify and maintain the correct technical relationships needed with each customer. This includes answering questions, providing direction, and developing automation and infrastructure required to successfully support the implementation and on-going management of Amplify technologies in classrooms.


Comfortable with mobile and desktop platforms including iOS, Android, Windows, Linux, and MacOS.

Able to read code and write code (especially Python, Java, or Objective-C) preferred.

Able to quickly build trusting relationships with customers.

Conduct successful technical meetings with customers to clarify their implementation environment requirements

5 years experience working as a customer-facing technical liaison between Product and Sales.

Develop and execute successful pre- and post sales implementation plans based on customer environment and requirements

Assist and consult customer with software installation and implementation, configuration

Strong technical understanding and ability to successfully implement software solutions and services.

Willingness to travel (up to 25%), work with minimal supervision and flexible scheduling

Exceptional oral / written communication skills as well as expert presentation skills

In-depth knowledge of competitive products / industry trends

Ability to work both as part of a team and independently

Ambition to grow and scale upward with the company


Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
