Auto-ISAC, Inc. is a small, non-profit business that requires the full gamut of project, business, & administrative management duties. The Organization Coordinator (OC) is responsible for supporting the organizational and business needs of the Auto-ISAC. This position requires excellent project management, organization & analytic skills with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to ensure optimized business office function. This position requires multitasking, attention to detail, strong communication and project management skills. The OC should be self-motivated, results driven and organized.
The OC assists the Executive Director (ED), the Program Operations Manager (POM), and staff to ensure that all organizational objectives are met and aligned with the needs and mission of the organization. The OC reports to the ED with daily supervision provided by the POM.
Essential Functions. OC performs the following key functions -
1. Project Management - Manages aspects of business activities to ensure team deliverables are met and schedules are kept. Project lead for our annual Summit, a highly visible event with over 300 attendees.
2. Executive Administration - Organizes and manages meetings & conferences by arranging all aspects of good meeting management, including facilities and catering, issuing invitations, preparing agendas and coordinating all details of the meetings.
3. Compliance, Process and Administration - Support ED in overall business compliance functions, such as process development, legal aspect, and contract administration. This position also provides administrative support to the ED.
This position supports all Board and Affiliate Advisory Board meetings in formal organizational activities to include agenda development, capture of Board level meeting minutes and recording attendance, etc. Additional job specifics include:
management and oversight of legal agreements and compliance as required by Delaware law and the Board of Directors.
organization and management of special events or other projects as necessary
reports on deliverables status and actions tracking
deliverables to include creation, formatting, revising, and proofing correspondence and documents for accuracy & proper grammar with varied degrees of complexity.
support on Human Resource related items
organization calendars and all meeting engagements across the organization.
business and administrative support to the ED in all aspects of her duties from scheduling appointments, organizing travel, taking notes, and other administrative tasks supporting ED’s business administrative functions.

Experience with an international and/or membership organization; automotive industry and/or non-profit experience a plus
Education Requirements
An undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree, preferably with 5 years’ experience.
