We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to the Executive Team to join our rapidly growing team. Ria Health, recognized as the leading national telehealth provider specializing in alcohol use disorder (AUD) treatment, recently raised $18 million in Series A led by SV Health Investors, LLC. The investment will further the momentum of commercial partnerships that include regional and national health plans, including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealth Group Optum, Beacon Health Options, Highmark Health, and Magellan Health.

WORK AT RIA HEALTH AS AN Administrative Assistant to the Executive Team
Ria Health is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The executive team consists of the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Medical Officer. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling, travel coordination, task management, and setting up board meetings. The ideal candidate will be an efficient multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the executive team's schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and conference calls.

Travel Coordination: Assist with planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.

Meeting and Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for board meetings and other executive events, including room bookings, equipment setup, and catering.

Task Management: Monitor and manage tasks and projects to ensure timely completion. Assist with tracking and reporting on the progress of various initiatives.

Communication Support: Serve as a point of contact for the executive team, managing correspondence and ensuring efficient communication flow.

Document Preparation: Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

Other Administrative Duties: Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative role; experience supporting a team is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Workspace) and familiarity with online scheduling tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma required; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
