Ria Health, recognized as the leading national telehealth provider specializing in alcohol use disorder (AUD) treatment, recently raised $18 million in Series A led by SV Health Investors, LLC.  The investment will further the momentum of commercial partnerships that include regional and national health plans, including Elevance, UnitedHealth Group Optum,  Caremore, Highmark Health, and Magellan Health.

WORK AT RIA HEALTH AS A DIRECTOR OF B2B MARKETING

Ria Health is seeking a B2B Marketing Director responsible for driving all marketing and demand generation initiatives related to B2B channels and audiences, including payors, employers, unions and benefits consultants. This includes planning and executing demand generation and account based marketing (ABM) programs. This role will also manage sales enablement tools and member marketing tool kits.  

PRINCIPLE DUTIES and ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish B2B marketing strategy, including content calendar, event marketing plan, and CRM optimization within HubSpot

  • Expand content strategy to ensure cohesive efforts across all channels, including all blogs, emails, one-pagers, flyers, white papers, eBooks, landing pages, decks, videos, graphics, and other collateral or sales enablement materials

  • Manage event marketing calendar, including conferences and webinars; implements promotional strategies, oversee communications plans, manage speaker's bureau, and source all needed swag, software, and supporting materials

  • Optimize HubSpot use, expanding sales pipeline usage, demand generation, reports and forecasting, and lead scoring

  • Collaborate across departments including Product, B2C Marketing, Enrollment, and Coaching to ensure quality and aligned Go-To-Market strategy

Required skills and experience:

  • Managing a team

  • Multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • ABM experience

  • Experience running an event marketing strategy, including conferences/trade shows and webinars

  • Content marketing and email marketing experience

  • Experience with HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Suite, Miro, and ActiveCampaign preferred
