• Lead, mentor, and develop our current Commercial sales team (2 AEs, 2 SDRs)
  • Listen to our early Commercial customers, and design and implement a clear, compelling GTM strategy to scale our Commercial business
  • Design and implement a repeatable sales playbook and system, improving our forecasting tools and metric tracking
  • Execute our Commercial GTM strategy, hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Work collaboratively and cross functionally across our finance, marketing and customer success teams to execute our GTM plan, and collaborate effectively with our product and engineering teams to share customer insights for our future product roadmap
  • Represent Learn to Win’s Commercial Sales organization within our leadership team and board of directors
