- Lead projects by working effectively with internal and external stakeholders and serving as the ultimate owner of project milestones and tasks.
- Listen to the customer, take their feedback, and apply the vision of change/impact to their specific goals and outcomes.
- Create project charters and business objectives in partnership with customer teams.
- Create and maintain project plans through the lifecycle of the project. Identify and manage dependencies, tasks, issues, owners, and risks.

- Document, coordinate, and monitor progress from project initiation through expansion or completion.
