• Grow Learn to Win’s key Navy programs (Ready Relevant Learning account in particular) through expansion and upsell of existing contracts (focused on Naval Air Forces, Afloat Training Group, and Submarine Forces initiatives).
  • Develop strategies and plans for value creation and return on investment across the customer base. Find and build use cases for customers that match L2W capabilities.
  • Work closely with customer success and product teams to execute strategies and achieve return on investment for customers.
  • Manage senior stakeholders from Navy Programs and TYCOMs with recurring engagements and reports of value created to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate product needs and partnership integrations to achieve platform capabilities required to grow key Navy accounts.
  • Work with advisors and partners to pursue additional senior, programmatic relationships with long-term buyers across the Navy (e.g. Fleet Forces Command, OPNAV, etc.)
  • Travel onsite for various customer engagements across the chain of command to ensure positive experiences for our customers.
  • Synthesize, develop, and deliver briefs to senior leaders across the Navy for growth opportunities in conjunction with Learn to Win leadership.
  • Support as necessary on new business development.
