• Grow Learn to Win’s key Air Force programs (Air Combat Command in particular) through expansion and upsell of existing contracts (focused on the Mission Ready Airmen initiative and Mission Qualification Training across wings).
  • Develop strategies and plans for value creation and return on investment across the customer base. Find and build use cases for customers that match L2W capabilities.
  • Work closely with customer success and product teams to execute strategies and achieve return on investment for customers.
  • Manage senior stakeholders from USAF with recurring engagements and reports of value creation to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate product needs and partnership integrations to achieve platform capabilities required to grow key Air Force accounts.
  • Work with advisors and partners to pursue additional senior, programmatic relationships with long-term buyers across the Air Force (e.g. AFLCMC, PEOs, HAF, etc.)
  • Travel onsite for various customer engagements across the chain of command to ensure positive experiences for our customers.
  • Synthesize, create, and conduct briefs to senior leaders across the Air Force for expansion opportunities by bundling existing deals and demand signal for upsells.
  • Support as necessary on new business development.
