JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a qualified Sales support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Provide data and guides to help the sales team
• Develop and monitor performance indicators
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
• Keep record of sales trends
• Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
• Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
• Work with marketing group to define needed sales tools, customer promotional programs, trade show strategies, advertising and marketing campaigns to successfully capture and sustain key customers
• Monitor the accuracy and efficiency of distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
• Support positive sales and marketing team interactions to accomplish organizational objectives
• Direct and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives
• Build strong internal-company relationships with other key personnel
• Contribute to and maintain constructive and productive relationships with associates at all levels of the organization.
• Attend regular individual and team meetings

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
• Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
• Experience selling wireless accessories and consumer electronic based products to a customer base consistent of wireless carriers, big box retailers, indirect retailers etc.
• Self-motivated with desire to take on new challenges
• Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing competitive landscape
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail especially in establishing new business relationships and during new product launches
• Team player with ability to work and collaborate effectively with all parties involved to maximize results
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build and sustain strategic customer relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization
• Must have excellent Microsoft Office Skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
