JOB SUMMARY
Our marketing department is expanding, and we currently have an opportunity for a part-time Marketing Assistant in our Irvine, CA office.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Photograph, edit and optimize product images for website
• Update product descriptions and additional content for website and marketing materials
• Make edits to website via Netsuite CMS
• Maintain professional-level website quality
• Organize and maintain internal marketing assets files and folders
• Create and edit presentations and additional sales support materials
• Update company social media pages
• Assist with trade show and event coordination
• Assist with other projects and tasks as needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Comfortable editing photos and creating graphics for the web in Adobe Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Graphic design knowledge is a plus
• Good communication, writing and proofreading skills – attention to detail
• The ability to pack and carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds for event setup
• Able to work 16-24 hours a week, within our regular office hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Currently pursuing or graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field
• Previous e-commerce and content management experience is helpful
