CST Technology Solutions is looking for a Senior Level Technology Support Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to support our core business functions. Candidate if hired will be responsible for implementing processes and technologies that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. The position will focus on resolving level III escalations from our help desk, as well as managing projects and working closely with core clients to deliver white-glove service, involving network and security design and architecture and execution and management of migration projects, onboarding, and alignment with best practices. We are looking for someone that is self-driven, motivated, and instinctive, with a take charge attitude and adept being a team player and leading when necessary. There will be no area of technology that this position will not interact with, so a general technical knowledge and willingness to learn is required. Specific technologies we work with include Microsoft cloud solutions (Office 365, Azure), network security (routing, switching, firewalls, etc.), desktop OSes such as Windows and macOS, and security products such as SentinelOne, ESET, ProofPoint, and Cloudflare.
