Compensation

  • On-target earnings of $55,000 - $70,000 based on sales experience. Compensation structure is composed of base pay, commission, and goal-based bonuses.

Tasks and Responsibilities  

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
  • Build lasting relationships within your market that lead to positive outcomes.
  • Build extensive product knowledge to best deliver value to clients and prospects.
  • Qualify leads to assess their fit for our products/services.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects to personalize outreach.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
  • Provide valuable feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to transition closed deals into successful clients.
  • Occasional travel to conferences and events.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and embody our company values.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex concepts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
