Summary: Clinical Genomics (CG) is an international biotechnology company who provides innovative products for screening and monitoring of colorectal cancer. The Company is based in North Ryde, Sydney, working at the forefront of early cancer detection diagnostics. CG is seeking a talented & seasoned Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with key customers and lead a team of sales staff to drive revenue and business results.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Create business plan for EAPL sales team to drive revenue and meet sales goals
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders (Measure, track and analyze key account metrics)
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with influential and high volume clients/key accounts to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives 
  • Provide support and direction to inside sales team and channel managers


  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Previous working experience as Key Account Manager for 3-5 years with proven track record
  • Aptitude in networking and building relationships 
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Previous experience in clinical or healthcare sales preferred
  • Must have work authorization in Australia
